Role Overview

NASCO is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its Riyadh headquarters. This position will guide the HR function and contribute to the company’s growth by handling core people operations, including hiring, employee relations, performance processes, HR administration, and compliance. The role works closely with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

Key Duties

  • Run the daily HR function and ensure employees receive timely and effective HR support.
  • Take ownership of recruitment activities and assist with workforce planning needs.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee performance management cycles and contribute to staff development efforts.
  • Monitor adherence to Saudi labor regulations as well as internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR files, systems, and documentation.
  • Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and overall workplace effectiveness.
  • Work with management on staffing, organizational, and broader people-related matters.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, along with at least 5 years of professional HR experience. Strong familiarity with Saudi labor law and general HR practices is required. Prior exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations is also expected. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are important, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively with both employees and managers across departments. Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or an equivalent HR credential are preferred.
