Overview
3Pillars Companies is looking for an experienced HR Systems Consultant to help deliver, refine, and continuously enhance Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). In this role, you will partner with HR, business, and technical teams to understand needs, configure HR technology, streamline processes, and drive successful system adoption.
HR Systems Management
- Evaluate HR and business needs and convert them into system setups and functional specifications.
- Set up, implement, and support HR systems along with their connected modules.
- Assist with core HR workflows such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data, attendance, payroll, performance, and leave administration.
- Carry out testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and related validation tasks.
- Spot opportunities to automate processes and improve system performance.
- Maintain accuracy, security, and compliance of information within HR platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the main liaison between HR users and technical teams.
- Collect, clarify, and document business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
- Recommend industry best practices and practical process enhancements.
- Lead workshops, training, and end-user support activities.
Reporting and Analytics
- Create and update HR reports and dashboards.
- Interpret HR data and provide insights that help inform decisions.
- Contribute to workforce planning and HR analytics efforts.
Project Management and Support
- Take part in HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and rollouts of new modules.
- Investigate system problems and work with vendors and IT to resolve them.
- Develop and keep current system documentation, user manuals, and process maps.
Qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, or HR technology consulting. Candidates should have hands-on exposure to platforms such as Jisr, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics HR, Workday, BambooHR, or equivalent systems. A strong grasp of HR processes and Saudi labor regulations is essential, together with experience in system implementation and business process analysis. The position also requires solid analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional advantage will be given to applicants with HRIS or ERP implementation experience, exposure to HR digital transformation programs, familiarity with reporting and data analytics tools, and professional certifications in HR, ERP, or project management.
