Role overview
This position is for an HR leader supporting a global team building advanced live and on-demand video solutions. The role is centered on improving the employee journey, designing scalable people programs, and helping create a strong, high-performing workplace for a distributed workforce.
Compensation and benefits
The annual pay range is $120,000 to $140,000, with the exact offer depending on experience. What you will do
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, policy administration, and ongoing process improvements.
- Handle HR operations and compliance across federal, state, and local requirements, while supporting audits, reporting, employee relations, and investigations.
- Administer benefits and serve as a go-to resource for employee questions, enrollment support, vendor coordination, and plan performance.
- Support performance management and manager readiness by coordinating goal setting, performance tracking, compensation updates, and adoption of HR tools and workflows.
- Maintain HR systems and reporting, use Rippling to surface people metrics, strengthen engagement, improve culture, and reduce routine escalation load for leadership.
Experience and background needed
The employer is seeking someone with strong, progressive HR experience and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. Prior work with distributed or global teams is important, along with comfort partnering with leaders on people-related decisions.
