Role Summary
The organization is hiring a proactive and detail-focused HR Executive to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR coordination. This position is central to attracting suitable talent, managing hiring workflows, and creating a smooth experience for employees joining the company.
The role calls for strong communication, good organizational discipline, and practical experience in recruitment and HR support tasks.
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Publish vacancies on job portals and other hiring channels, including Broxer, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Identify candidates through multiple sourcing methods and available talent databases.
- Review applications, assess resumes, and prepare shortlists based on the role’s needs.
- Carry out first-level HR screening conversations with selected applicants.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers current and well organized.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates to ensure clear and timely communication during the hiring cycle.
Onboarding Responsibilities
- Handle the full onboarding process for new hires from start to finish.
- Collect, validate, and file employee documents correctly.
- Support new joiners during induction and joining-related activities.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports, HR updates, and hiring dashboards.
- Assist with employee engagement programs and other internal HR activities.
- Work with management on workforce planning and staffing needs.
