Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist position in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex supports employees and leaders with everyday HR needs. The role focuses on applying HR policies consistently, handling employee relations questions, assisting with performance processes, and supporting recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities.

The position also includes benefits administration, guidance on benefits-related concerns, support for leave and accommodation processes, maintenance of HR records and HRIS information, report preparation, and involvement in HR programs such as engagement, recognition, and training. The HR Generalist works with cross-functional partners to strengthen an inclusive workplace and improve HR practices over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily HR support to employees and managers across the organization.
  • Apply HR policies and procedures in a consistent and compliant manner.
  • Respond to employee relations questions and help resolve HR-related concerns.
  • Assist with performance management activities and related documentation.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and separation processes.
  • Handle benefits administration and help employees with benefits queries.
  • Assist with leave requests and workplace accommodation coordination according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and keep HRIS data up to date.
  • Prepare HR reports and support administrative tracking needs.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, recognition, and training initiatives.
  • Work with other teams to foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
  • Help improve HR processes and overall operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Broad experience supporting core human resources operations.
  • Solid understanding of HR management and policy application.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration.
  • Working familiarity with employment laws and workplace compliance requirements.
  • Experience using HRIS tools, entering data accurately, and preparing reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees and leaders.
  • Capacity to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is considered an advantage.
