Role overview

Advanced RevCycle is hiring a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to support a growing remote team. This position serves as the main HR contact throughout the employee journey, from candidate application through daily employee support. You will collaborate with company leadership to help maintain a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace that supports the organization’s mission of providing revenue cycle management services for home health, hospice, and palliative care providers.

Recruiting and onboarding

  • Run the end-to-end hiring process, including posting roles, reviewing initial applications, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pool of candidates for critical openings.
  • Coordinate structured onboarding experiences that help new hires settle in successfully.
  • Handle pre-employment steps such as background screening and I-9 verification.

Employee relations

  • Act as a point of contact between employees and the company’s PEO partner.
  • Work with the PEO to support employee questions, policy guidance, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with employee relations investigations, ensuring sound documentation, confidentiality, and impartiality.
  • Support performance management activities such as PIPs, coaching discussions, and annual evaluations.
  • Help strengthen engagement, inclusion, and accountability across the team.

HR administration

  • Manage the company’s relationship with its PEO.
  • Keep employee records and HRIS information accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Support benefits enrollment, updates, and employee questions in partnership with the PEO.
  • Share updates to HR policies and practices to stay aligned with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to help guide leadership decisions.

Cross-functional coordination

  • Work with IT to arrange equipment delivery, system permissions, and account setup for new employees.
  • Monitor laptops and other assigned equipment inventory.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure onboarding runs smoothly.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers a competitive salary based on experience, with a pay range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with vacation and sick leave. Additional requirements
