Role Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the HR team in aligning business goals with employee and management needs. The role involves delivering administrative and operational support across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance tasks, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support HR operations, including job postings, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment support for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Review and process employee terminations in line with company policy and compliance standards.
  • Handle administrative HR work such as reporting and maintaining personnel records.
  • Support HR operations and management needs as required.
  • Lead new hire orientation and related onboarding activities to help create a smooth and positive start for employees.
  • Run annual OFAC background checks and three-year general background checks for employees.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations matters, performance management, team-building efforts, conflict resolution, complaint handling, career development, and training coordination as needed.
  • Contribute to special initiatives with regional or company-wide impact.
  • Support both onboarding and offboarding processes.

Required Background

  • Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Background

  • Prior familiarity with human resources concepts, practices, and processes is an advantage.

Pay Transparency

The expected compensation range for this position is $30,000 to $80,000 per year. Actual pay is determined by factors such as background, relevant experience, work location, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes the benefits package, vacation, sick leave, volunteer time off, and paid parental leave.
