Job description
Role Overview
This full-time Human Resources Coordinator position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and supports HR operations with a focus on government relations. The role is a non-management position and is intended for Saudi nationals.
Key Duties
- Maintain organized HR filing and record-keeping systems, including employee files, interview records, and I-9 documentation.
- Draft, type, and manage office correspondence using a computer.
- Handle incoming mail distribution and routing.
- Order and monitor HR office supplies and forms.
- Answer telephone calls and accurately capture messages.
- Create personnel files for new hires and support walk-in candidates with application steps.
- Keep the application area tidy, functional, and accessible, including for individuals with disabilities.
- Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Escalate employee relations concerns to HR leadership when needed.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of employee and property records.
- Follow company procedures and support a professional, service-oriented workplace environment.
- Use computers and related systems to enter, find, and manage work information.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is necessary.
- No license or certification is required.
