We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with subsidiary leadership and HR teams, ensuring that people initiatives are tightly connected to business priorities. In this position, you will help strengthen HR practices across acquired businesses and support a unified, scalable people experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and HR teams in subsidiary businesses to shape and execute people strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Support the stabilization and integration of HR operations across newly acquired entities.
- Oversee HR governance, compliance, and alignment of processes across different regions.
- Represent the corporate brand with consistency while still respecting the culture and context of local teams.
- Help create a standardized yet scalable employee experience across multiple entities.
Candidate profile
This role calls for a seasoned Business HR professional with deep experience in multi-entity or subsidiary HR environments. The ideal candidate can balance common standards with local adaptability and is confident in managing stakeholders and driving execution.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant Business HR experience.
- Prior exposure to managing HR across subsidiaries or multiple entities.
