  • Keep statutory and internal compliance requirements updated in the system on time.
  • Handle office administration and related operational support.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, including the Country Manager, Regional Managers across Sales and Service, Marketing, HR, and Finance, to provide the required HR support.
  • Ensure hiring is completed within agreed timelines for all open positions.

  • Maintain accurate HRMS records, generate reports on time, conduct periodic audits, and ensure joining and exit data is captured correctly for analytics and decision-making.
  • Support leaders and managers with complex, sensitive, and specialized employee matters, including accommodations, misconduct investigations, and terminations.
  • Review compensation and benefits trends and propose competitive pay programs that help attract and retain talent.
  • Lead employee disciplinary meetings, termination processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws, regulations, and best practices through policy reviews and regular audits.
  • Stay current on HR trends, evolving regulations, talent management practices, and new technologies.
  • Support a positive workplace culture through celebrations and recognition activities.

  • Prior exposure to COE areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management is needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of German employment law is essential.
  • Experience with modern HR digital tools and their implementation is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is ideal, especially two-wheeler or four-wheeler businesses.
