Role Overview
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a reliable advisor to the organisation, delivering hands-on HR support that helps improve business performance. You will work closely with leadership to ensure HR practices are aligned with business priorities, while also strengthening organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding paperwork for new employees, including employment contracts, bank-related documentation, and medical insurance processing.
- Arrange and manage training sessions that are part of the onboarding journey.
- Oversee the complete visa process for new joiners through the relevant business platforms and portals.
- Coordinate relocation arrangements for employees moving into the country.
- Maintain and administer the company HRMS, including BambooHR, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
- Stay aligned with Saudi labour regulations and HR best practices, and apply them in daily work.
- Act as a communication bridge between managers and employees, supporting resolution of workplace concerns and queries.
- Share policy, role, salary, and benefits information with current employees as needed.
- Support performance management activities, including PIP cycles, disciplinary discussions, and ongoing performance conversations.
- Assist with focus groups, organisational initiatives, and improvement suggestions gathered from employees.
- Work with PRO teams on visa cancellations, transfers, and immigration list clearance.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlements in line with Saudi labour law.
- Represent the company in labour-related matters when disputes require formal support.
- Respond within 24 to 48 hours for documentation requests such as salary letters, PIP documents, and performance-related paperwork.
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, visa status, quota tracking, and related metrics.
- Implement HR policies and procedures while keeping them consistent with local legal requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to create and execute HR plans that support company objectives.
- Contribute to change management efforts and support business and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Build initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention across the organisation.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A master’s degree or an HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is an advantage.
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar position, ideally in the KSA market.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and Saudi employment law.
- Working knowledge of HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with good judgment.
- High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
