  • Ensure country-specific training levies, learning authority requirements, and skills rules are followed.
  • Support objective setting, performance reviews, and management of underperformance.
  • Help build a culture of accountability, engagement, and strong performance.
  • Track engagement patterns and drive actions to improve them.
  • Manage HRIS usage, data quality, and system improvement efforts.
  • Prepare clear, accurate HR reports and dashboards for regional stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and record-retention requirements.
  • Ensure complete adherence to Ghanaian labour laws.
  • Align local practices with global HR policies while adapting to local legal needs.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction to support smooth employee integration.
  • Provide broad HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Take on additional HR projects and business support tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

  • Experience leading teams across multiple West African countries is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghana labour law and HR practices is essential.
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organisations is important.
  • Background in employee relations, compliance, compensation, performance management, and HR operations is expected.
