Job description
Role Overview
The Talent Partner supports and helps execute the organization’s talent strategy in alignment with the wider business plan. This involves assessing business needs, enabling core HR processes, and coordinating key talent priorities end to end.
In this role, you will act as a reliable partner to internal stakeholders while also building a strong working relationship with the People & Culture team.
People Operations
- Design, roll out, and improve People & Organization processes, initiatives, and systems that strengthen operational efficiency and contribute to higher employee engagement.
- Advise employees and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures, with a particular focus on talent management matters.
- Handle HR information systems administration and upkeep.
- Support hiring activities across all seniority levels while ensuring an excellent candidate journey in Riyadh.
- Serve as the main contact for candidates, internal partners, and new hires in Riyadh, making sure each person has a positive and well-prepared experience.
- Coordinate onboarding and welcome activities for new joiners, including training plans and follow-up actions.
Talent Management
- Assist in executing the People strategy and business plan for the BU / Studio by supporting essential processes and managing talent-related projects.
- Build productive relationships with executives, key stakeholders, and hiring managers to ensure effective collaboration, reliable outcomes, and credibility.
- Work with Line Managers and the People & Culture team to develop a talent plan for the BU / function / Studio that reflects business priorities and aligns with the enterprise talent plan.
- Use external benchmarks and best practices to continuously strengthen the talent management approach.
- Partner with teams to understand their needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented guidance with a practical attitude.
People & Culture Support
- Help shape and implement People & Culture initiatives and supporting systems.
- Prepare the HR reports and documents required for Talent Partner activities.
- Act as a people partner and central point of contact for employees.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, people operations, and talent management.
- A university degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources specialization from a recognized institution.
- Professional HR certification is preferred.
- Experience working with senior managers and other team members throughout the hiring process.
- A self-driven, independent, and motivated approach with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- High-energy, entrepreneurial, and hands-on style suited to fast-scaling environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-oriented setting.
- Consultative, outcome-focused mindset.
- Strong team orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HRIS/HRMS is an added advantage.
