Role Overview
Based in Riyadh, this Human Resources Business Partner will support the leadership team in JD’s logistics division. The role focuses on connecting people strategy with business goals, strengthening talent capability, and helping build a high-performance culture. It is suited to someone who can thrive in a fast-moving environment and contribute to the company’s growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with logistics leaders to understand business priorities and deliver HR guidance that improves organizational performance.
- Drive talent management activities such as performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Shape and execute hiring approaches to support staffing requirements for Saudi logistics operations.
- Handle employee relations matters, support a healthy workplace culture, and manage performance or conduct concerns in line with Saudi labor regulations.
- Assist with change management and transformation programs aligned with JD.com’s global direction.
- Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable local employment standards.
- Use HR metrics and people data to improve programs, processes, and decision-making.
- Encourage employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion to strengthen the overall work environment.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner; exposure to logistics, supply chain, or a closely related sector is preferred.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills are a major plus.
- Good understanding of logistics or supply chain operations, including the related workforce and business challenges.
- Hands-on experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Working knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR practices relevant to the region.
