Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner for the German team and broader Employee Success function, advising managers and employees on organizational and culture-related matters.

- Support company growth by helping ensure the organization is structured in a scalable way and that people are placed effectively.
- Implement important HR processes, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Guide change initiatives by analyzing organizational trends and working with the business unit to roll out change management programs.
- Help drive employee success by addressing topics such as performance, team development, talent growth, and organizational changes.
- Coach managers on employee development, training needs, career progression, and talent management initiatives.
- Work closely with the global Employee Success team to create consistent practices and a unified employee experience across locations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other internal functions to execute Employee Success programs and strategy.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or comparable practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR business partner role, ideally in a high-tech, startup, professional services, or consultancy environment.
- At least 3 years of experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior technical leaders throughout the full HR partnership cycle.
- Strong judgment and the ability to make independent decisions while working within guidance from processes, documentation, and management.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on; experience in both smaller and larger organizations is an advantage.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Working knowledge of DACH labor law and related legal requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Experience in a global environment and in scaling teams.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is considered a plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation.

- Employee benefits.
- Flexible working hours.
- Mentoring and learning-oriented leadership.
