Role Overview
MUA Mauritius & East Africa is hiring a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to shape and drive its Compensation & Benefits agenda. In this role, you will help build reward practices that improve employee engagement, support retention, and stay aligned with overall business goals.
You will be responsible for creating and rolling out compensation frameworks that are equitable, competitive, and tied to performance. The position also requires using HR data and analytics to guide decisions and strengthen governance, compliance, and internal fairness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead salary review processes and compensation cycle planning.
- Develop and improve employee benefits strategies.
- Design reward approaches linked to performance outcomes.
- Build and interpret HR dashboards, metrics, and analytical insights.
- Support governance, compliance, and internal equity practices.
Required Profile
- At least 8 years of experience in human resources, including strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
- Good understanding of performance management and reward structures.
- Ability to influence business stakeholders and support organizational change.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with stakeholders effectively.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment legislation.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
