Role Overview

The organization is looking for an HR Officer with a strong focus on payroll operations. The position involves managing payroll records, ensuring accurate processing, and supporting compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll activities with accuracy and maintain complete records of all payroll transactions.
• Track employee earnings, deductions, and statutory withholdings.
• Support compliance with applicable payroll, tax, and benefit-related regulations.
• Manage attendance-related inputs for payroll calculations.
• Prepare and share reports connected to payroll operations.
• Use HRMS tools effectively in day-to-day work.

Candidate Profile

The preferred background is 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll operations, ideally in a manufacturing environment or a service/payroll consultancy setup. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Additional Information

This role is based in Pune, India. The stated compensation is INR 4,00,000 to INR 5,00,000 per year.
