Role Overview

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support to the business. Working with the Regional HR Manager, this role helps put the organization’s people strategy into action in line with global policies. The goal is to attract, support, develop, and retain employees so the business can meet both current and future objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to HR initiatives that involve multiple teams and departments.
  • Develop productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain HR records and employee data in global HR systems with complete accuracy.
  • Apply HR policies and procedures consistently and in line with company standards.
  • Offer guidance on employment law, HR procedures, compliance, policy implementation, and disciplinary issues under the direction of the HR Manager.

Candidate Profile

The company is seeking a professional with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, along with at least five years of HR experience. Strong practical exposure is needed in employee relations and disciplinary handling, medical aid administration, employee wellbeing administration, and the creation and rollout of HR policies.
