Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HubSpot Presales Specialist for a fully remote, full-time position. This role requires engaging with potential customers to assess their marketing, CRM, and HubSpot needs through discovery consultations. The specialist will develop customized solution presentations and demos, collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to devise strategic HubSpot configurations, integration plans, and implementation strategies. Daily responsibilities include crafting proposals, contributing to RFP processes, documenting client requirements, and showcasing HubSpot solutions aligned with client business objectives. Staying informed on the latest HubSpot features, market trends, and Mavlers' offerings is essential to enhance client acquisition and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate client demands and transform insights into effective HubSpot configurations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to clearly convey technical content and deliver impactful presentations.
- Consultative aptitude to conduct requirements gathering, identify challenges, recommend strategic HubSpot and MarTech solutions, and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Customer-centric approach to build trust, manage expectations, promptly handle client inquiries, and sustain long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in presales activities such as solution demonstrations, proposal development, and RFP support, while collaborating with sales teams to close opportunities.
- Practical experience with HubSpot platforms (CRM, Marketing, Sales, or Service Hubs) or comparable marketing automation tools is highly advantageous.
- Background in digital marketing, CRM strategy, or MarTech implementation preferably within an agency or consulting setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
