- Deliver day-to-day support to HR, Payroll, employees, and managers, including troubleshooting, access assistance, navigation help, and process direction.
- Work with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to fix system issues, roll out improvements, handle updates, and support integrations.
- Contribute to HRIS rollouts, integrations, testing, user acceptance testing, upgrades, and other enhancement initiatives as needed.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts for decision-making, audits, payroll checks, and operational support.
- Identify process gaps and look for automation or workflow improvements in HR and payroll-related procedures.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to protect system security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
- Train and guide end users on HRIS processes, SAP SuccessFactors navigation, payroll-related steps, and best practices.
- Ensure HRIS handling and processes remain aligned with company policies, labor law requirements, payroll compliance, and internal control standards.
- Keep clear documentation for configuration changes, process maps, user guides, training materials, and troubleshooting records.
- Support other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or related areas when required.

- Good understanding of HRIS configuration, workflows, business rules, permissions, reporting, data handling, and system troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
