Role overview
FCC Arabia Saudí is looking for an HR Officer to join its regional office in Riyadh and provide support to the company’s projects across the MENA region. This position is ideal for a proactive, well-organized HR professional who is service-minded and comfortable working in multicultural, international environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both local and international hiring needs.
- Coordinate international employee mobility, including visas, work permits, relocation, and repatriation for employees and their families.
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP.
- Administer benefits for expatriate employees.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
- Support training, talent development, and regional HR initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in human resources.
- Advanced English (C1) is mandatory.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and previous experience preparing HR reports.
- Spanish nationality is required.
Preferred background
Previous exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure, or international project environments will be considered an advantage.
