Role overview

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to take charge of the full employee lifecycle and help shape the organization’s people agenda. This position sits at a mid-level to senior management level and focuses on building effective HR practices that support growth, strengthen culture, and keep operations aligned with business goals.

What you will do

  • Design and roll out HR policies, processes, and practices that support the company’s objectives.
  • Handle recruitment and talent acquisition from start to finish.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and manage disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
  • Run performance management activities such as appraisals, KPI tracking, and development planning.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll-related processes, and recognition programs.
  • Make sure the company complies with labor legislation, employment rules, and internal standards.
  • Support initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and wider organizational development efforts.
  • Review HR data and metrics and turn them into insights for leadership decisions.
  • Lead training and development programs to build employee capability.
  • Work with HR systems and digital tools such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure the people strategy supports business priorities.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR management, HR generalist work, or HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and standard best practices is essential. You should also bring experience across hiring, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning, along with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

We are looking for someone who can solve problems calmly, resolve conflicts effectively, and manage sensitive information with complete discretion. Comfort working with HR technology such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems is a plus. Strong organization and multitasking skills are important in a busy environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field is preferred, and professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are an added advantage.
