Role Overview
The HR team in Böblingen near Stuttgart is looking for a full-time HR Generalist / Personalreferent (m/w/d) starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise approximately 140 employees in Germany and Austria on all people-related matters, while taking labor law considerations into account.
- Handle payroll processing together with an external payroll provider and serve as a contact for authorities such as tax auditors, social security institutions and health insurance providers.
- Manage insurance-related topics and occupational pension schemes (bAV).
- Lead recruitment and applicant management, including posting roles, conducting interviews, preparing employment contracts and supporting onboarding.
- Take care of day-to-day HR administration, including contract documentation, references and maintenance of digital personnel files.
- Prepare HR statistics, analyses and reports.
- Contribute to international HR projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- A completed university degree or a finished commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, including 2 years in an operational HR role such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist or Personalreferent.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of German employment law.
- Hands-on experience in payroll accounting.
- A trustworthy, well-organized and precise way of working.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English.
