Role Overview
This position is based in Dubai and supports the daily functioning of the Human Resources team. The role involves helping with employee administration, hiring, onboarding, and general HR activities across the London, Amsterdam, New York, and Dubai offices. It is a strong opportunity for someone eager to build practical HR experience in a growing healthcare business.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep employee files accurate, current, and strictly confidential while following data protection requirements.
- Support recruitment by sharing job openings, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist with joining formalities by preparing welcome packs, organising orientation sessions, and helping leavers through the exit process when needed.
- Collect and check employee details for payroll processing and provide support on benefits-related questions.
- Serve as a first contact for staff HR questions and offer guidance on policies, procedures, and everyday workplace issues.
- Help plan and take part in engagement initiatives, team activities, and wellbeing programmes that strengthen workplace culture.
- Support HR initiatives such as policy revisions, system rollouts, and process improvements that enhance employee experience.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a similar field; prior HR or admin experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks carefully and maintain accuracy in documents and processes.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with colleagues at all levels.
- A trustworthy approach with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and responsibly.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the confidence to take initiative and suggest improvements.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn HR systems and software.
