Job description

Role Overview

This position is for an HR Associate supporting third-party payroll operations in Worli, Mumbai. The role is structured as an off-roll engagement for 1 year, with the possibility of extension. The work arrangement requires 5 days in the office.

Experience and Work Setup

Candidates should bring 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience. The workplace is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, specifically in Worli, with full-time onsite attendance across the week.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of talent councils and other talent-related initiatives.
  • Handle MIS upkeep, foundational workforce data analysis, and data management tasks.
  • Create and maintain easy-to-use HR dashboards in Excel.
  • Support budgeting, invoice processing, and governance-related activities.
  • Audit talent data to ensure accuracy, data hygiene, and compliance.

Skills and Tools

  • Strong command of advanced Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros.
  • Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with basic HR systems, along with comfort using basic AI tools and technology.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good prioritization and organizing ability.
  • Capability to run initiatives independently with limited supervision.
  • Problem-solving mindset and maturity in handling confidential information.

Education

Applicants should be any graduate. Preferred educational backgrounds include B.B.A./B.M.S. in Administration and General Management or Human Resource Management.
