Job description

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an HR Assistant with Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas de la Provincia del Neuquén. The position supports day-to-day human resources operations, with a focus on employee data, HR processes, and internal coordination.

Core Duties

  • Keep employee records current and well organized.
  • Enter and update information in the HRIS and help with basic reporting.
  • Support onboarding and exit processes for employees.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and related employee changes.
  • Respond to employee questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare HR-related documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Help ensure activities follow internal policies and labor requirements.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and record keeping.
  • Assist with HR metrics, reports, and general administrative support.
  • Work with HR leadership and internal teams to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of HR fundamentals and prior exposure to HR support work.
  • Hands-on familiarity with HRIS platforms for data entry, updates, and simple reporting.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration tasks such as enrollment and employee assistance.
  • Experience supporting training coordination and maintaining training records.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Professional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setup while handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience.
