Role Overview
This position combines human resources and accounting responsibilities, with day-to-day work spanning employee support, vendor coordination, documentation, and core finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR processes and general HR operations.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain and coordinate vendor agreements, including MSAs and NDAs.
- Prepare and organize documentation related to W2, 1099, C2C, and H1B cases.
- Assist with finance-related work such as billing, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Use Excel for record-keeping, tracking, and reporting.
- Handle email communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain and update the vendor database accurately.
Required Background
- Diploma in any specialization.
Tools and Working Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Excel and email communication.
- Ability to manage HR documentation and basic accounting workflows.
- Familiarity with vendor contracts and compliance-related paperwork.
