Job Overview
We are hiring an organized and self-driven HR Administrator to handle core people-operations tasks for a growing technology business in Dubai. This role supports daily HR workflows, including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, document preparation, compliance tracking, and lifecycle administration.

What You Will Do
- Keep employee information accurate and up to date in HR systems and databases.
- Draft HR paperwork such as employment agreements, offer letters, salary certificates, and related documentation.
- Handle the onboarding and exit processes for employees.
- Arrange visa, work permit, and labor-related paperwork when needed.
- Make sure personnel files remain complete and aligned with company rules and policies.
- Coordinate interview timings between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support hiring activities by posting vacancies on recruitment channels.
- Maintain candidate files and recruitment tracking logs.
- Assist with reference checks and background verification steps.
- Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and employee confirmations.
- Update leave, attendance, and benefits records.
- Support staff engagement programs, company gatherings, and internal events.
- Help manage performance review administration.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs covering attendance, leave, and employee changes.
- Support compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Create HR reports and workforce summaries when required.
- Respond to employee questions and routine HR requests.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and onboarding arrangements as needed.
- Provide general administrative support for office and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HR administration.
- Hands-on experience maintaining HR records and employee documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior exposure to technology, SaaS, or startup environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR compliance standards is an advantage.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll administration processes is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, problem-solving ability, adaptability, teamwork, and process discipline are important for success in this role.
