Job Overview

We are hiring an organized and self-driven HR Administrator to handle core people-operations tasks for a growing technology business in Dubai. This role supports daily HR workflows, including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, document preparation, compliance tracking, and lifecycle administration.

What You Will Do

  • Keep employee information accurate and up to date in HR systems and databases.
  • Draft HR paperwork such as employment agreements, offer letters, salary certificates, and related documentation.
  • Handle the onboarding and exit processes for employees.
  • Arrange visa, work permit, and labor-related paperwork when needed.
  • Make sure personnel files remain complete and aligned with company rules and policies.
  • Coordinate interview timings between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support hiring activities by posting vacancies on recruitment channels.
  • Maintain candidate files and recruitment tracking logs.
  • Assist with reference checks and background verification steps.
  • Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and employee confirmations.
  • Update leave, attendance, and benefits records.
  • Support staff engagement programs, company gatherings, and internal events.
  • Help manage performance review administration.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs covering attendance, leave, and employee changes.
  • Support compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Create HR reports and workforce summaries when required.
  • Respond to employee questions and routine HR requests.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and onboarding arrangements as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support for office and HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining HR records and employee documentation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to technology, SaaS, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration processes is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, problem-solving ability, adaptability, teamwork, and process discipline are important for success in this role.
