Role overview
Pomeroy Lodging is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to help deliver a spotless, welcoming guest experience across the hotel. This position plays a major role in shaping first impressions by keeping guest rooms and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentation-ready.

What you will do
- Create a polished, guest-ready environment throughout the property, with special attention to the lobby, guest rooms, public spaces, and storage areas.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with guests and handle complaints appropriately.
- Prepare the housekeeping cart for the shift with approved cleaning products and guest room supplies.
- Check that equipment such as vacuums, mops, and dusters is clean and working properly before use.
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, polish, clean, and restock the required number of rooms during the shift.
- Protect guest privacy and personal belongings at all times.
- Follow the hotel’s lost-and-found process for any items discovered in rooms or common areas.
- Apply all hotel emergency procedures as required.
