Role Overview
This position is part of the Environmental Services team at a senior living community in Tyler, Texas. The role supports a resident-focused environment by keeping homes and shared areas clean, organized, and ready for daily use.

Pay Range: $12.52 to $17.25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Clean resident homes and shared community spaces, including bathrooms, floors, and dusting surfaces.
- Handle residents’ belongings carefully while cleaning, organizing, and putting items away.
- Complete cleaning tasks promptly when a resident moves, transfers, or is discharged so the space is ready for the next occupant.
- Keep the housekeeping cart neat, supplied, and organized, and make sure chemicals are clearly labeled, stored correctly, and secured when unattended or in common areas.
- Use the proper infection-control and isolation-room cleaning procedures when working in isolation areas.
- Notify the supervisor when cleaning supplies or equipment need to be replenished or replaced, and verify chemical labeling and storage practices.
Requirements
- No formal education is needed for this role.
- No prior experience is required; a strong willingness to learn is important.
