About the Programme
Embark on your hospitality career with our Manager in Training (MIT) Graduate Programme, commencing in September. This comprehensive 18-month structured program is designed to cultivate your leadership capabilities, enhance your skills, and pave the way for your future success in hotel management. You will gain invaluable experience through direct learning from seasoned industry leaders, a thorough understanding of hotel operations, and exposure to real-world challenges within a supportive environment. Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and dedicated to guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel for hotel rotations within Ireland is essential. While a degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred, we encourage applications from individuals with relevant hospitality experience, even if their degree is in a different field. This program is geared towards those aspiring to operational roles in Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Front Office, Meetings & Events, and Reservations.
