Job description
Role Overview
The Hospitality Transporter supports patients who cannot walk on their own, along with all clinic visitors, by providing a welcoming, efficient, and helpful experience. The role includes greeting guests, helping them find the correct department, and accompanying them when needed. It also involves explaining parking arrangements, pointing people to facilities such as restrooms, the café, and shops, answering general questions, and assisting with wheelchair support.
Key Duties
- Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous, friendly manner and provide practical support throughout their visit.
- Assist non-ambulatory patients with wheelchair transportation and other mobility needs as required.
- Guide visitors to the right department and offer to escort them when appropriate.
- Explain parking options and help with directions to key services and amenities, including toilets, the café, and shops.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide clear, concise guidance.

Schedule
Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with a valid driver’s license. CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment. Previous experience in hospitality or healthcare is preferred. Candidates must also be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
