About the Role
This position is based in a care home setting where the aim is to create a lively, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere for residents. The role contributes to delivering high-quality care by supporting warm hospitality and helping ensure residents enjoy a positive day-to-day experience.
You will play an important part in the dining room and bar areas by offering a courteous, attentive, and helpful service. The role is meaningful and gives you the chance to make a real difference to residents’ wellbeing and overall quality of life.
About You
No formal qualifications are needed for this role, although experience in a similar environment would be beneficial. The ideal candidate is friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in residents and their families, with the confidence to engage with them regularly.
As alcohol may be served, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Training and Development
