About the role

The Hospitality Host will help maintain a consistently high standard of customer experience within the home, with particular attention to presentation and food service.

The role reports to the Hospitality Manager or Home Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support a positive resident and visitor experience through excellent hospitality standards.
• Maintain attractive presentation and high-quality food and beverage service within the home.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure service is delivered smoothly and professionally.

Skills and attributes

• Prior hospitality experience, including substantial exposure to food and beverage service.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good organisational ability.
• A sharp eye for detail.

Working pattern and pay

• Location: Queen Charlotte Nursing Home, Weymouth, Dorset.
• Address: 432 Chickerell Road, Weymouth DT3 4DQ.
• Employment type: Permanent.
• Shift pattern: Day shifts.
• Pay: £13.45 per hour.
