About the Role
This is a contract opportunity with Mercor, a company that links top-tier creative and technical professionals with leading AI research labs. The organization is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors such as Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
The position focuses on real estate, hospitality, and events evaluation work. You will review AI-produced outputs using domain-specific quality standards and help improve model performance through detailed feedback.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assess AI-generated materials using industry-specific evaluation rubrics.
- Spot issues related to accuracy, visual quality, and overall presentation.
- Write feedback that is clear, organized, and easy to act on.
- Work on your own schedule, completing tasks independently and within deadlines.
Required Background
Candidates should bring at least 5 years of professional experience in real estate, hospitality, or events. Strong English communication skills are essential, with fluency at a native or professional level. You should also be very comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Slides.
Preferred Profile
An advanced degree such as a Master’s or higher from a respected institution is considered an advantage.
