Role Overview

We are hiring a dependable Hospitality Aide to help support resident care and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. This position is centered on non-clinical assistance, resident comfort, and day-to-day operational support in a busy healthcare setting. Reliability, a positive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are important for success.

Key Duties

  • Help the nursing team with non-medical tasks such as making beds, distributing water and ice, responding to call lights, and collecting supplies.
  • Prepare meals, serve them, and handle cleanup while following dietary instructions and food safety expectations.
  • Support a pleasant living atmosphere by encouraging residents to take part in activities and social programs.
  • Keep resident rooms and shared spaces tidy, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with resident laundry when needed.
  • Adhere to the Patient Bill of Rights, employee expectations, and all facility and departmental safety rules and procedures.
  • Notice and escalate concerns, hazards, or situations that need attention from management or nursing staff.
  • Carry out other non-clinical tasks that help daily operations run smoothly.

The right candidate should be able to document information accurately, follow established care procedures, communicate with professionalism and patience, and show genuine concern for residents’ well-being. Independence, organization, and the ability to work well both alone and with a team are also important.
