Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the end-to-end handling of delivery orders, ensuring requests are processed accurately and fulfilled smoothly through online and phone channels. The role also involves close coordination with stores, suppliers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal colleagues to keep deliveries on track and resolve issues quickly.
Work Schedule and Location
- Work pattern: 5.5-day week
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm; Saturday or Sunday, 9:00am to 1:00pm

Key Duties
- Manage order processing from start to finish through online and phone channels with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle delivery orders and confirm that stock is available for dispatch.
- Review stock on hand, refresh the inventory system, and flag items that are out of stock.
- Work with suppliers and outlet teams to verify inventory positions.
- Prepare inter-outlet transfer paperwork and coordinate with the internal team for purchase order issuance.
- Monitor and update delivery vendors, supplier movements, and outlet transfers so products reach the warehouse on time.
- Partner with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked and packed promptly for delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding stock status, exchanges, returns, and delivery timing.
- Keep customers informed when delays or issues arise and propose alternative solutions to minimise disruption.
- Address complaints and feedback by investigating concerns, resolving issues where possible, and escalating when needed.
- Carry out any other work-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: GCE ‘N’ Level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, paired with a customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable using computers and common office systems.
- Well-organised, with careful attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues across different levels.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to maintain a can-do attitude.
