Key duties

Working pattern

This is a full-time role with a long-term contract. The working day runs from 08:15 to 16:00, Monday through Friday.

Salary and contract details

Pay will be in line with the MPS/UPS scale. The position is based in Croydon and begins in September.

Candidate requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of History as a subject.
  • Previous experience teaching across KS3 and KS4.
  • Good communication abilities and strong organisational skills.
  • A current DBS certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.
