Role Overview
This position leads the training strategy and field rollout for UAE experience stores. The focus is on strengthening store professionalism, improving sales outcomes, educating consumers, and creating a consistent brand experience across the region. The role also involves managing field trainers and making sure training programs deliver lasting, measurable results while staying aligned with local customs and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create yearly, quarterly, and monthly training roadmaps, along with course structures and SOPs, covering product knowledge, sales talk tracks, service processes, in-store experience operations, and brand communication in both Arabic and English.
- Take ownership of training completion, assessment outcomes, and observable behavior improvements for all store staff, and share progress updates regularly while pushing corrective actions where needed.
- Review sales performance and on-floor behavior to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, mindset, or motivation, then build targeted action plans and monitor their effect on conversion.
- Develop engaging, scenario-led, and level-based learning formats such as microlearning, practical workshops, role plays, and case discussions; also prepare bilingual learning content and evaluation tools suited to the UAE market.
- Organize consumer workshops, themed activations, and product usage sessions to support conversion, repeat buying, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Hire, train, coach, and oversee field trainers; define performance standards for trainers and supervise their delivery and store support activities.
- Set training KPIs such as participation, knowledge improvement, sales growth, and customer satisfaction, then analyze results and present insights to regional leadership for continuous enhancement.
- Develop training budgets, manage materials and resources, control spending, and improve return on investment.
- Ensure all content and delivery methods comply with UAE laws, labor requirements, and cultural expectations, including gender-related considerations, holiday observance, and religious or cultural sensitivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in retail, electronics, or multi-store training, operations, or sales management.
- Prior exposure to the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
- Hands-on ability in training delivery, including classroom facilitation, on-floor coaching, role-play moderation, and one-to-one guidance.
- Experience creating blended learning programs that combine online and offline methods.
- Working knowledge of training design models such as ADDIE and adult learning principles.
- Strong analytical ability to diagnose performance issues from data.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
- Comfort using PowerPoint; basic video editing or LMS experience is an advantage.
- Strong organization, resilience under pressure, cross-functional influence, and leadership capability.

- Driving license preferred.
- Must satisfy local work visa and labor requirements; company support is available for this process.
