Role overview
We are hiring a Healthcare Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Drogheda, Ireland. This role is focused on supporting people who need help with day-to-day living, personal care, and staying as independent as possible. No previous experience is required, as accredited QQI training and continuing development support are provided to help you succeed in the role.

What you will do
You will provide practical assistance to clients who need help with personal care and routine tasks, while encouraging dignity and independence in their own homes.
What we are looking for
Candidates should either bring around 3 years of paid home care experience or have QQI Level 5 training in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person. If you do not yet hold the QQI qualification, support is available to help you work toward it. A full driving licence and access to a car are required. Good spoken and written English is essential, and you must be willing to work alternate weekends.
