This role is focused on bringing clinical and health information expertise into AI training, with an emphasis on healthcare data, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and clinical workflows.

What you will do
- Review AI-produced healthcare content, clinical data outputs, and EHR-related information to check accuracy and overall quality.
- Use your health information systems knowledge to spot mistakes, missing details, and opportunities to improve AI responses.
- Examine and label healthcare datasets, medical records, and clinical workflows to support model training.
- Share clear, structured feedback on how correct, complete, and clinically relevant the AI outputs are.
- Work asynchronously with an international group of subject matter experts and AI researchers.
- Help strengthen how AI models understand clinical language, patient records, and healthcare processes.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR platforms, or clinical reporting tools.
- Strong analytical ability, especially in interpreting data, reports, or trends.
- Understanding of clinical and administrative processes in healthcare environments.
- Ability to write findings clearly and succinctly.
- Careful, dependable, and comfortable working without close supervision.
- Capable of reviewing complex information methodically and at scale.
Nice to have
- Exposure to data annotation, data quality checks, or assessment frameworks.
- Background in health informatics, clinical informatics, or biomedical data science.
