Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global CTO Office and oversee the APAC infrastructure function.
  • Create and run a regional technology committee that encourages collaboration across global and regional teams.
  • Set up centralized oversight of network and infrastructure systems, and guide the region on secure, best-practice approaches tied to strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the Group CTO community led by the Global CTO and share key decisions and updates from the central CTO steering committee with the region.
  • Prepare regional reporting to track and justify infrastructure spending against each market’s budget.
  • Work with markets to implement corrective actions and prevention plans.
  • Participate in the regional LVMH CTO community.
  • Define and execute the APAC technology roadmap in line with business needs and global strategy.
  • Assess new technologies and determine how they can support innovation and business advantage.
  • Convert strategic goals into regional execution plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure technology priorities reflect market requirements, growth plans, and operating conditions.
  • Oversee the reliability, scalability, and performance of regional platforms and infrastructure.
  • Make sure services are delivered according to agreed standards, business expectations, and operational needs.
  • Drive ongoing improvement of platforms, tools, and support models to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Encourage standardization where suitable while still accommodating local business needs.
  • Build and sustain governance practices that enable disciplined delivery and long-term operational stability.
  • Ensure adherence to internal technology policies, standards, and data governance rules.
  • Track operational KPIs, service levels, and delivery performance to support informed decisions.
  • Support budgeting, planning, and prioritization of regional technology investments.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure value, quality, and reliable service.
  • Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and service improvement efforts.
  • Work with suppliers to strengthen innovation, resilience, and ongoing capability improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional technology team.
  • Encourage collaboration, accountability, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
  • Identify successful practices across APAC and share them with other markets where relevant.
  • Optimize use of regional technology resources and look for synergies across the structure.
  • Drive disaster recovery planning at both global and local regional levels.
  • Serve as an active member of the regional cyber crisis response cell.
  • Provide timely, high-quality reporting of infrastructure KPIs to the central team.
  • Take part in the global technology community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Systems, Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Professional qualifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, MCSE, or similar credentials are an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology, infrastructure, or related leadership positions.
  • Proven track record managing technology programs and initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, infrastructure, cloud services, digital technologies, and service delivery models.

  • Solid understanding of technology platforms, market solutions, operating models, and industry trends.
  • Ability to turn business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are beneficial, especially Chinese or another language used in APAC markets.
