About the Role

The Product team creates the experiences behind Revolut’s platform, working closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to ship scalable solutions that customers value.

This role is focused on reimagining products and fraud systems with an AI-first approach. The goal is to use automation and support intuitive, multi-modal customer interactions that strengthen trust and make compliance processes smoother.

What You’ll Be Doing

Directing a financial crime product team and creating features that strengthen security across Revolut’s global platform.
Organising and developing teams so they stay aligned with product goals and grow in their careers.
Owning the product roadmap end to end, including strategy, concept development, delivery, and launch.

What You’ll Need

At least 7 years of experience in product management.
At least 3 years of experience leading large teams, with product leaders at Revolut typically managing several squads and Product Owners directly.
Hands-on experience with AI products, data science products, customer-facing products, and internal/back-office systems.
A strong track record of setting product vision and communicating that direction effectively with leadership, customers, and partners.
Strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment, with the ability to prioritise work based on ROI.
A proactive, action-oriented approach and willingness to build from scratch and stay hands-on.
Experience taking products from initial development through launch.
The ability to produce clear insight and measurable outcomes for complex products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
