Role overview
Aureon is looking for a senior operations leader to take charge of core business functions and help steer the organization toward stronger performance and scalable growth. This role calls for a highly strategic professional who can refine operating models, improve efficiency, guide teams across departments, and ensure the business runs smoothly at an executive level.
Key responsibilities
- Create and put into action operational plans that support the company’s direction, growth goals, and broader vision.
- Direct everyday business operations to improve productivity, service quality, and overall efficiency.
- Build, refine, and maintain operational workflows, standards, and process improvements.
- Track operating KPIs and performance indicators, then share insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
- Drive initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, cost control, and continuous operational improvement.
- Work closely with functional leaders to align operations with business priorities and customer expectations.
- Handle workforce planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and operational forecasts.
- Spot operational risks early and introduce mitigation plans to support business continuity.
- Lead change management efforts, organizational improvements, and transformation programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory rules, quality expectations, and operational controls.
- Coach and develop managers and operational teams while building a culture of accountability and strong performance.
- Contribute to strategic planning, expansion efforts, and the evaluation of new business opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level reports, business reviews, and performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Background in operations management, business management, supply chain, logistics, or a similar leadership function.
- Strong grasp of operational strategy, process improvement, and business performance management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee large operational areas.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance management.
- Comfort working with ERP systems, business tools, analytics platforms, and operational reporting dashboards.
- Ability to perform well in fast-moving, changing, and growth-focused environments.
- Strong commercial mindset and executive-level business understanding.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- An MBA or other relevant leadership credential is considered an advantage.
