Role overview

SnapMagic is hiring a Head of Operations to serve as the CEO’s operational partner and build the company’s operating system from the ground up. The role focuses on turning a fast-moving, lean organization into a well-structured, scalable machine using AI agents and automation to improve business, people, and revenue operations.

SnapMagic is a Y Combinator-backed electronics design intelligence platform trusted by more than 2 million engineers at companies such as Apple and SpaceX. The company is supported by Bow Capital and well-known technologists including Jeff Dean and Tom Preston-Werner. It is developing an AI-powered copilot for the $1.3T global electronics industry and currently generates $3.4M in annualized revenue.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $250k-$275k plus equity.

What you'll own

  • Build and manage the company’s operating cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles to keep execution tight and follow-through consistent.
  • Create and automate end-to-end systems for finance, revenue operations, and people operations so key internal data is accurate, visible, and ready for decision-making.
  • Spot process bottlenecks and replace repetitive manual work with trigger-based workflows using tools such as HubSpot and Zapier.

  • You are a dependable builder who performs well in ambiguous settings and holds a very high standard for precision, clarity, and decisive action.
