Role Overview
We are looking for a senior operations leader to take ownership of day-to-day business execution and long-range operational strategy. In this executive-level position, you will guide core functions across the organization, improve performance, streamline processes, and help deliver business goals across departments and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and put into action operational plans that support the company’s vision, objectives, and expansion roadmap.
- Oversee daily business operations to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
- Lead initiatives focused on process enhancement, operational simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Define, track, and report on operational KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, staffing plans, resource allocation, and cost management efforts.
- Work closely with executive leaders on strategic planning, growth initiatives, transformation efforts, and business expansion.
- Design and roll out operational policies, procedures, governance structures, and best-practice standards.
- Coach and develop managers and operational teams to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal and regulatory expectations, industry standards, and quality frameworks.
- Spot operational risks and build mitigation plans, contingency measures, and business continuity support.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, service delivery, and external partnerships.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
Requirements
- Background in senior operations management, business leadership, or a similar executive-level operations role.
- Strong grasp of business operations, organizational management, and strategic execution.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple business functions effectively.
- Solid financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading operational change, scalability efforts, and growth-oriented transformation.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, dynamic, and high-growth environments.
- Strong capability in project management, planning, and change management.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is considered a strong advantage.
