Messika is a Paris-based high-jewelry maison created by Valerie Messika, the daughter of diamond trader Andre Messika. Founded in 2005, the brand has expanded into a major global player with more than 500 points of sale in 90 countries.

In the United States, the label is sold through company-owned boutiques, wholesale partners such as department stores and independent retailers, and an in-house e-commerce channel. To support a significant growth strategy in the American market, Messika USA is assembling an ambitious, entrepreneurial team to drive long-term and scalable expansion.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Managing Director, Americas, the Head of Operations & Supply Chain will be responsible for leading all operational functions across the Americas. The position blends day-to-day execution with strategic leadership and plays a central role in building processes that can support the business as it grows.

The role includes managing a team of 8 and shaping the systems, standards, and workflows needed to structure, improve, and scale operations for Messika USA.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan inventory strategically and keep stock levels optimized across the US distribution network.
• Coordinate merchandising activities for retail boutiques.
• Oversee warehouse activity, including stock handling, preparation, and outbound shipments.
• Manage customer service and order processing for every sales channel.
• Supervise logistics operations and related processes within the US.
• Drive operational execution for major off-site Messika events, including high-jewelry showcases.
• Handle customs and transportation matters for the US market.
• Manage the external 3PL warehouse responsible for non-value stock.
• Oversee the Repair & Care service in the US, including after-sales support and stock refurbishment.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 across junior and senior levels.
• Work closely with internal Messika USA teams such as Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and PR.
• Maintain daily coordination with outside partners, including 3PL providers, transport vendors, and after-sales workshops.
• Interface regularly with headquarters teams in Paris, including Global Operations, Supply Chain, Retail Merchandising, Sales Administration, Logistics, and Repair & Care.

Required Profile and Skills

The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, along with the confidence to manage complex operations efficiently.

This person must be highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable following through on tasks in a fast-moving environment. A practical, hands-on approach is essential, as is the ability to think strategically and build processes that can scale.

The role also calls for resilience under pressure, strong people-management skills, a client-focused mindset, and a clear understanding of luxury service standards. An analytical, commercially aware, and product-sensitive approach is important.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, especially in Excel. Familiarity with CEGID and M3 is considered an advantage, and French fluency is a plus.
