Role overview

Oliveda International Inc. is looking for a seasoned marketing leader to steer its U.S. marketing function. The company is a fast-scaling beauty and wellness brand built around a waterless beauty philosophy and olive tree-derived formulations, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and high-impact skincare and wellness products.

This position is designed for a strategic, hands-on marketing executive who can guide brand expansion, shape demand generation, and strengthen awareness, acquisition, and revenue performance across the U.S. market. The role partners closely with the CEO and Founder and involves leading a capable team while keeping marketing efforts aligned with broader business goals.

What you'll do

  • Create and roll out full-scale marketing plans that support brand growth and market visibility in the United States.
  • Direct the full marketing organization, covering digital, social media, public relations, creative, content, brand, and performance functions.
  • Work in lockstep with the CEO and Founder to define marketing priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting processes, and regular performance analysis.
  • Improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value through evidence-based marketing programs.
  • Run connected campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Study market shifts, consumer patterns, and competitor activity to uncover growth paths.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Recruit, coach, and grow a strong marketing team.
  • Handle agency, influencer, media, and vendor partnerships.
  • Set performance metrics and keep refining results against KPIs.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of advancing leadership experience in marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury, or consumer packaged goods.
  • A demonstrated history of growing brands and generating meaningful revenue gains.
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, CRM, influencer programs, PR, social platforms, and brand positioning.
  • Previous experience working directly with founders or executive leadership.
  • Excellent analytical ability with a talent for turning data into practical action.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills.
  • Prior experience in the beauty space is highly desirable.

  • Exposure to direct-to-consumer business models.
  • Background leading marketing for fast-growing beauty or wellness companies.
  • An established network in beauty, wellness, and media circles.

Compensation and work setup

  • Full-time, on-site role based in Culver City, California.
  • The position reports to the VP, Marketing and Communications.
  • Compensation is listed at $90,000 to $130,000 annually.
