About the Role
This opportunity is for a seasoned Head of IT / IT Manager to lead technology operations within a growing organization focused on digital transformation and business expansion. The position has ownership of the company’s technology environment, including infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital programs, with the goal of making sure IT enables business priorities across several business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the full IT function, covering infrastructure, ERP platforms, Oracle E-Business Suite, business applications, POS environments, cybersecurity, and support for end users.
- Create and execute the IT strategy and roadmap so it stays aligned with company objectives and transformation plans.
- Take charge of the support, administration, and ongoing improvement of Oracle EBS, ERP modules, enterprise software, and integrations between systems and departments.
- Manage technology projects, upgrades, external vendors, cybersecurity programs, disaster recovery readiness, and IT governance while maintaining strong availability, performance, and protection of systems.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify suitable technology solutions, streamline operations, automate workflows, and support informed decision-making.
- Guide, coach, and grow the IT team while maintaining strong service standards, policy compliance, and continuous improvement across IT services.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 8 and 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Hands-on experience overseeing ERP environments, ideally Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), along with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, network administration, systems integration, disaster recovery, and vendor oversight.
- Strong leadership, project execution, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to drive digital transformation efforts.
