About the company

Prospecter Ventures is developing advanced fintech tools that make high-level financial research and decision-making more personal, easier to access, and more affordable for everyday investors. The product applies large language models to deliver insights that were previously available mainly to professionals, while maintaining strict compliance with EU data protection requirements. The team is early-stage, growing quickly, and internationally oriented, with a strong focus on results and the belief that quality financial tools should be accessible to everyone.

Role overview

This part-time Head of Growth role reports directly to the founders and owns the full path by which the product attracts, converts, and keeps users. You will build the growth system from the ground up and take a very practical role in shaping go-to-market strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

You will oversee the full growth journey, from creating awareness through to signup, activation, and conversion from free users to paying customers. You will establish the main acquisition channels with a lean, mostly organic approach, including content and SEO, creator and community collaborations, and referral-based growth loops. A major part of the role is to develop a trustworthy voice and audience in personal finance across newsletters, social channels, and video. You will also recruit and engage the first beta users, support the public launch, and define the core metrics for activation, conversion, and retention in partnership with the CTO. In addition, you will work closely with the founders to ensure growth efforts match the product strategy and market positioning.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated background in B2C or product-led growth for a consumer subscription business, preferably in fintech or a closely related financial-services environment. This is a hands-on position, so you should be comfortable writing copy, creating landing pages and experiments, and producing content yourself. Strong capability in organic growth methods such as content, SEO, community engagement, and referrals is essential, especially if you are not dependent on large paid advertising budgets. A genuine interest in investing and financial markets is important, along with the ability to communicate on those topics in a credible way. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, plus strong interpersonal skills, are required.

Location and eligibility

The role is based in Berlin or the surrounding area. Candidates must have EU, EEA, or Swiss citizenship. The position is designed as hybrid: the team values remote and home-based work, but also expects an in-person kickoff and regular face-to-face sessions every few weeks in Berlin when useful.

Additional advantages
